Ultimate Edition buyers may get into EA Sports FC 27 over a week early
A leaked report says EA Sports FC 27 will launch September 25, 2026, with early access as soon as September 17 for some players.
Players eyeing EA Sports FC 27 may not have to wait as long as everyone else, if a new leak proves accurate. A report from Dealabs claims that buyers of the Ultimate Edition, along with EA Play subscribers who qualify, could get early access to the game starting September 17, 2026 – more than a week before its wider release.
That wider release, according to the same report from Dealabs leaker billbil-kun, is expected on September 25, 2026, worldwide. The date would keep EA’s football franchise on the late-September release rhythm it has followed for its past several entries.
Dealabs did caution that the September 17 early access date isn’t locked in yet, noting it could instead follow the shorter seven-day early access pattern that EA used for EA Sports FC 26 rather than the longer window reported this time.
The report also details where EA Sports FC 27 is expected to launch: PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC. Physical, disc-based copies are reportedly planned too, for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X and Xbox One.
On price, the leak suggests the US standard edition will stay at $69.99 across platforms, while European buyers would see €69.99 for PC and Nintendo Switch 2 versions and €79.99 for PlayStation and Xbox versions.
None of this comes from EA directly. The company has not confirmed the release date, early access plans, platforms or pricing detailed in the report, and an official announcement is expected in the coming weeks if the leaked timeline holds.
