An Indian recruitment AI is already getting attention from Dubai and the US

EzRecruit.ai, an AI platform built for India's recruitment agencies, has already drawn early interest from recruitment consultants in the United States and Dubai.

A new AI platform built specifically for India’s recruitment industry is already drawing interest well beyond the country’s borders. EzRecruit.ai, launched by DeepTalent Technologies, has seen adoption among agencies in India as well as early interest from recruitment consultants in the United States and Dubai.

The AI-powered ‘Agency Operating System’ targets India’s estimated 60,000 recruitment consultants and placement agencies, most of whom currently rely on spreadsheets, WhatsApp and individual memory rather than dedicated software. Unlike conventional applicant tracking systems built for corporate HR teams running a single hiring funnel, EzRecruit is designed around how consultancies actually work, managing multiple client mandates simultaneously through automated resume parsing, conversational database search, WhatsApp-based interview scheduling and real-time leadership dashboards.

‘We didn’t build EzRecruit to help agencies work harder. We built it to help them see and reduce the cost hidden inside every profile they submit,’ said Richa Bajaj, founder of DeepTalent Technologies.

eSoft Labs, a Hyderabad-based recruitment and staffing firm already using the platform, said it has improved delivery capacity and given leadership better visibility into performance.
